How the conversion works
The calculator converts the starting value to bytes, then divides by the target unit size. For example, 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes. Converting 1 GB to MB gives 1,000 MB.
Worked example
If an upload limit is 25 MB and your file is 0.03 GB, converting 0.03 GB to MB gives 30 MB. That file is larger than the 25 MB limit.
